MOIRA Launches Self-titled Debut Album

"Pinalaki...Pinalaki...Pinakamalaki...oooohh oh!"
"Ang Bango ng Perfume (2x)!"
"Start it right/Everything's gonna be alright/Oh hooray, for today!"
Meet the voice behind these catchy commercial jingles: MOIRA! caught up with the budding artist at the Music Hall, Metrowalk during the launch of her self-titled album under Ivory Music and Video.

Moira has waited 8 years for her well-deserved break in the industry - after doing YouTube covers, auditioning for The Voice of the Philippines Season 1, and opening for fellow Cornerstone talents like Yeng Constantino, Markki Stroem and Thor.
This time, the former front act is now the star of her own album launch which was attended by her friends, family, churchmates and press people.

Joined by Thor, Moira blew the crowd away with her soulful rendition of Ariana Grande's pop ballad "Almost is Never Enough" - proving that she can belt beyond the sweet voice we heard in commercials.

She also got the chance to sing with Markki as they took on the Oscar-winning song "Falling Slowly" by Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova. It was a totally eargasmic performance!

Adding a personal flavor to the launch, Moira summoned her sisters to sing One Direction's "Little Things". Her mother joined after and together with her sisters, they sang a heartfelt cover of Colbie Caillat's "Try." She also did her own version of Sam Smith's "Lay Me Down" which was filled with emotion and gratitude.

Of course, she didn't leave the stage without performing songs from her own album: carrier single "Love Me Instead", "If You Tell Me You Loved Me" and "Happily Ever After".
Other tracks in Moira's self-titled album are "Be My Fairytale", "After Your Heart" and "Wala Nang Kulang Pa" featuring Sam Milby.
