The baby watch is over! Superstar couple Beyonce and Jay-Z welcomes baby girl Blue Ivy Carter to the world.

After weeks and weeks of speculation and birth rumors, it's official, Beyoncé Knowles has given birth to a baby girl last night in New York, with husband Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter by her side.
#ivyblue immediately became a worldwide trending topic after news broke about the birth which started a slight confusion regarding the baby name. E! Online later cleared up the confusion, reporting the baby's name as Blue Ivy Carter.
Celebrity friends also tweeted their congratulations to the superstar couple
