MYXclusive: DARREN ESPANTO Impresses Everyone In His Birthday Concert!

Who would have thought that a young boy could make the whole MOA Arena scream with excitement? Only Darren Espanto can do that as the total performer successfully pulled off his birthday concert last night!

Darren, who just turned 14 last May 24, did not waste a single second in his amazing birthday show! For his devoted Darrenatics, every single moment was epic! He even grooved with G-Force during his opening act!

He shared the dance floor with our very own VJ Robi Domingo plus Bimby Aquino-Yap whose biggest supporter - mom Kris - was in the front row!

After the sweet birthday greeting from Bimby, Darren hit the stage with The Voice of The Philippines winners Jason Dy and Mitoy Yonting who were joined by Season 2 finalist Alisah Bonaobra! The crowd barely stopped from roaring during their performance.

Darren was also joined by his family during the jam-packed concert! He did a cover of “You Raise Me Up” with his dad Lyndon and it was evident where he got his singing talent! His younger sister Lynelle was a revelation as she did a giddy dance number with her Kuya D!

Darren called in his ever-supportive mother Marinel as well then dedicated the song “Home” for his loved ones! He expressed gratitude to his family and friends from the industry for supporting him! "The small boy with big dreams" also thanked God for the blessings he gained in the past 365 days of his life!

The concert took a solemn turn when Darren performed an emotional a cappella version of "Tell The World Of His Love" which he sang for Pope Francis last January! It was immediately followed by an astonishing performance of Asia's Got Talent grand winner El Gamma Penumbra!

The night became more epic as Darren gave astonishing renditions of “Man On The Mirror”, “Ngayon”, and “Chandelier”! He definitely made everyone in the audience proud including his idol Jed Madela and his coach Sarah Geronimo!

Even the birthday boy himself couldn’t believe the outcome of his concert! Darren is expected to reach more milestones in the future! In fact, the Absolute Total Performer is just getting started!
