EAGLES Founding Member GLENN FREY Passes Away!

Eagles founding member Glenn Frey has passed away at age 67! According to the legendary band's official website, their beloved comrade "succumbed to complications from rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis and pneumonia."

Aside from co-writing and performing guitar on the Eagles' classics like "Hotel California", Frey was the lead vocalist on some of the band's hits such as "Take It Easy" and "New Kid In Town".

He also launched a successful solo career during the 1980s. Among his memorable recordings were "The Heat Is On" from Beverly Hills Cop and "You Belong to the City" from Miami Vice.

Tributes poured for the music icon on social media from the likes of Ringo Starr of The Beatles to Niall Horan of One Direction:
