The jam-packed Samsung Hall was far from being “miserable at best”, even for a second because Mayday Parade definitely brought the house down last October 15!
The American pop punk band from Tallahassee, Florida returned to the country for another electrifying show and their Filipino fans gave nothing but hardcore love to band throughout the night. Even Typhoon Karen couldn’t stop the fans from pouring in and rocking out with their pop punk idols.
Everybody sang along and partied with the band, pouring their hearts into each song. The band opened the night with "Jersey", a song off their 2007 hit album A Lesson In Romantics.
Vocalist Derek Sanders, rocking his Ice Cube shirt, said that they enjoyed how their Manila concert turned out and they’ll never get tired of going back here for their fans! “Manila, you guys are so wonderful," he said.
The band went on to play more of their hits like “Black Cat”, “Let’s Be Honest”, “Stay”, and “Miserable at Best”. Every single fan sang with the band in unison, assuring the group that those in attendance that night were definitely bonafide Mayday Parade fans.
The band went for the big finish as they played “I’d Hate To Be You When People Find Out What This Song Is About”.
After the very successful concert, the band posted “We Love You Manila” on their Instagram!
