“I just want to let everybody know that I am alive, and I’m well, and I’m okay,” CeeLo Green confirmed yesterday via Facebook Live video after a short clip of his mobile phone exploding on his face went viral.
The Atlanta-born rapper further explained to his fans that the video "was a clip from a smaller video that we were shooting for a new project I'm doing called ‘Gnarly Davidson.'" CeeLo clarified that the scene was supposed to introduce his character's new identity. While many were disturbed by the publicity stunt, the artist said he's still going to release the music.

CeeLo is known for songs like "Forget You", "Bright Lights Bigger City" and "Kung Fu Fighting" as well as being a former coach on the talent show, The Voice.
