French DJ-producer David Guetta is back in Manila this January 5 for his Unity Tour!
Best known for his track "Titanium" ft. Sia, David first visited the Philippines in 2012. After five years, he's more than ready to kick off 2017 with a crazy party happening at the Araneta Coliseum with his Filipino fans. "[Filipino fans] are indeed very loyal and are definitely dedicated fans as well," he said in an email interview with MYX.
Teaming up with Cedric Gervais & Chris Willis on his latest track "Would I Lie To You," the hitmaker revealed that the three of them are actually great friends. "To work with them is always a pleasure and the process was really nice. I enjoyed producing with Cedric on this track a lot and Chris gave the track a perfect touch with his vocals."
Another one of the 49-year-old DJ's newest hits is a collaboration with Zara Larsson on "This One's For You" which he specifically produced and played during the Union of European Football Associations
(UEFA) Euro 2016. As the music ambassador for the said tournament, David confessed how the whole experience was "amazing" especially playing "in [his] own country underneath the Eiffel Tower."
"Would I Lie To You", on the other hand, is a remake of Charles and Eddie's nineties classic. Listen to David's take on the song below before head diving into a "crazy party" this Thursday!
