Besides Carpool Karaoke, James Corden has found a way to showcase his amazing vocals in a series of "riff-offs" with famous singers like Anna Kendrick, Shawn Mendes, etc. in one segment of The Late Late Show.
Recently, Neil Patrick Harris crashed the show and challenged the host in a fierce Broadway sing-off. "Your silly jokes can wait, Corden, we have a score to settle and it's about...Broadway," the 43-year-old actor said. "I see you going around, hosting the Tonys, acting like you're the only TV star who can sing Broadway show tunes.... Some of us, dude, have actually won a Tony." At which James reminded him that he's actually won a Tony, although, "for a non-singing role."
Joined by the Filipino a cappella group The Filharmonic, the two Tony awardees belted out lyrics to “On My Own” from Les Misérables, “Sugar Daddy” from Hedwig and the Angry Inch and "My Shot" from Hamilton to name a few. Sing along with the two in this video below:
