The Huffington Post first described her performance as "eerily spot-on" which was, well, evident in her performance. Not to mention TIME magazine which noted her full blast stage presence and "starlet-level confidence"! There seems to be no question that Xia Vigor stunned people around the world with her performance - Swifties included.
While the world approved of Xia Vigor's dead-on Taylor Swift impersonation, there is one man who seems to dislike the 7-year-old's amazing performance. Good Morning Britain host and TV personality Piers Morgan gave out a TOTALLY different view of her much-applauded impersonation. He described Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids as a show which promotes "sexualization".
“I don’t like it. A lot of people agree with me. This is the sexualization of a young girl. I feel really uncomfortable watching that," he said to his co-host Susanna Reid.
The 51-year-old host - who said he has "nothing against" Vigor - also served as a judge for Britain's Got Talent back in 2008. He also noted that he doesn't like seeing girls, much less his kids join beauty pageants.
“It shouldn’t be what a seven-year-old should be doing. I’ve got a five-year-old daughter, if she did that in two years’ time I would be really uncomfortable," Morgan continued.
