WATCH: GRACE VANDERWAAL's Acoustic Cover Of ED SHEERAN's "The A Team"!

Grace Vanderwaal recently dropped by the turf of Paste Magazine as the latest performer of Paste Studios sessions!

Aside from performing songs from her debut EP Perfectly Perfect, the America's Got Talent champion also did a stripped down version of Ed Sheeran's 2011 hit The A Team

The 13-year old singer played the guitar which was given to her by Shawn Mendes as she sings the ballad with her raspy and dreamy voice that fits perfectly. 

According to her, she just figured out the true meaning of the track, which talks albout the struggles of the homeless,“It’s a beautiful song. I didn’t realize how deep the lyrics were until I actually wanted to learn it.”

Sheeran wrote The A Team after meeting a girl named Angel on a gig at a Crisis homeless shelter.
