Music For Life Philippines is looking forward to make a change in the community through a journey of faith and good music in their upcoming 1st Worship Benefit Concert.
They worked hand in hand with its beneficiary Real LIFE Foundation, a non-government organization which gives youth scholars educational and spiritual support for the future.
This worship benefit concert primarily features 1 Walker, a group of professional musicians led by iconic OPM couple Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez-Alcasid. Ogie simply explains 1 Walker as, “a group of professional musicians who love the Lord.” They play praise and worship music to spread God’s faithful and eternal love. Known close friends Jaya, Sushi Reyes and Archie Castillo also hopped on board and became a part of this group and their quest for the community. They already had a major worship concert last year at the Mall Of Asia Arena.
Soprano singer Sheena Lee shared a magnificent worship song number during the Music For Life bloggers night. The MYX Magna Awardee of last year’s MYX Music Awards also sang his new original composition called “The Lord Is My Savior” and opened up about planning to do a full-length album packed with songs of praise and worship in the future.
One scholar named Cezanne shared her inspiring story during the bloggers night. She talked about how the said foundation supported her educational needs until she finished a degree and landed a job she truly desired.
The Music For Life Worship Benefit Concert aims not just to uplift the souls of those who will witness the performances, it will also greatly help hundreds of worthy scholars of Real LIFE Foundation like Cezanne who wants to finish their studies. This intimate concert will happen at The Monochrome, Nuvali Sta. Rosa, Laguna on March 4, 2017.
