WATCH: ED SHEERAN Crashes KATY PERRY's Radio Interview!

Katy Perry recently dropped by BBC Radio 1 to promote her comeback single, "Chained To The Rhythm." To her surprise, she wasn't the only big star around the studio during her interview.

Ed Sheeran happened to be in the same studio as her, shooting his cover of Little Mix's "Touch" when he walked past by the room where Katy and radio host Nick Grimshaw were. The "Roar" singer sarcastically flipped him off and jokingly gave him a badfinger.

"Oh babes! Thanks for keeping me off the number one spot, THANKS," she said pertaining to Ed's single, "Shape Of You." “Oh, you’re so approachable, oh, you’re everybody’s best friend, ohhhh great,” she continued.

Her remarks didn't hinder the crooner from entering the studio, crashing the interview and revealing the first time he met Katy after a gig in Toronto. He recalls being sweaty that time and she refused to hug him. “I walked up to her and I was like ‘Hi!’ and she said, ‘I would hug you, but: EWW," he shares.

“Now that you’re ED SHEERAN it’s like, ‘Put your ballsack on me’. Back then it was just Ed Sheeran, a guy with red hair who played guitar,” she replied.
