Jensen and the Flips surely knows how to make LSS-inducing songs, and their latest single called "BDYTLK" is sheer proof. Dressed in bespoke suits, the band held an intimate music video launch at Felipe and Sons last March 2. The official hashtag #BDYTLKMV even made it to the top trending topics that night.
Present at the launch was Mike E. Sandejas who directed the music video. He's also the director of the upcoming fashion reality show which will feature "BDYTLK" as its official theme song. When asked about his experience working with JensenXFlips, he said "I've known them to be funny". So he just let the band mingle with 24 beautiful models and the video turned out to be amusing.
The launch also featured Vapors, Alas Medya, and MYX Music Awards 2017 Favorite New Artist nominee Reese Lansangan.
Reese was also joined by Flips frontman Jensen to sing their new collaboration "Maybe". The crowd felt the duo's chemistry and yelled their ship name "LansOmez". And since the fans wanted more from the two, they did a spontaneous cover of John Mayer's "Slow Dancing In A Burning Room".
Of course, Jensen and the Flips brought the house down during their stripped-down set at the packed "barberdashery". Although their schedule is packed with gigs, the band is slowly but surely making progress on their second album which they plan to release later this year.
