MYXclusive: JANELLA SALVADOR Proves She's A Super Girl In Her First Digital Concert!

Janella Salvador is truly ready to be your favorite “Super Girl”!

The talented young actress and singer held her first ever concert called “Super Janella”, thanks to One Music PH’s Digital Concert Series. Although she admitted that there was a lot of pressure, she pulled off an amazing show her fans will truly remember.

She started off the concert with the Bruno Mars’ hit, “24K Magic”. It indeed set the tone for the evening as she had something magical in store for her fans.

The Oh My G lead actress sang the show’s theme, “I Can”, which was previously popularized by Donna Cruz. Throwback feels indeed!

Since it's a digital concert, she got to interact with fans in real time as she read different reactions and comments coming from people who watching worldwide. The hashtag #OneMusicSuperJanella quickly became a top trending topic during the night.

One of the best moments from the concert was when Janella sang her Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs hit, “Mahal Kita Pero”. She sang with a lucky fan who did a cover of the song, which paved the way for ElNella fans in attendance to shout “Mahal Kita Elmo” instead of “pero”.

Her first ever concert became even more memorable as she was joined by her mom Jenine Desiderio on stage. Before singing, the two admitted that they can’t sing together while looking at each other because they tend to laugh while doing so. It’s a splendid mother-daughter moment as they performed the Carol Banawa original, “Iingatan Ka”!

Of course, the Super Janella concert wouldn’t be complete without the other half of the ElNella love team. Janella introduced Elmo Magalona by saying he’s the one that makes her happy right now. The two sang “Cold Summer Nights”, a track by Elmo’s dad, the late Master Rapper Francis M. Janella got to showcase her rapping skills in the song as well.

After Elmo’s solo performance of “Cold Water”, Janella joined her partner once again on stage and gave their rendition of “Please Be Careful With My Heart”.

Through an online poll, Janella asked the fans what song she would cover while playing an ukulele. She happily performed a snippet of “Bubbly” by Colbie Caillat, with the song voted most by her fans.

Janella chose to dedicate her special live version of “Born For You” by David Pomeranz to no other than Elmo! Of course, fans couldn't contain their emotions, with their kilig level going through the roof!

Her digital concert couldn't be more perfect when she finally sang Moana's “How Far I’ll Go”. Janella Salvador’s career can definitely go such a long way and this concert is just one of the many milestones to cherish.

And just when the audience thought that the jam-packed show is over, the momentous finale was followed by encore of Michael Jackson’s “Rock With You”. Janella got everyone dancing by this time - even her younger brother Russel joined her on stage.

Backstage after the digital concert, we got the chance to interview Janella along with Elmo Magalona. “I’ve never sang 14 songs in one night in my entire life and I’m just so happy I was able to do that ‘cause I was really nervous,” she said.

Third her dedication to Elmo of BFY. This brought out her true feelings towards Elmo and it showed on Elmo's expression he feels the exactly the same. My ultimate favorite when she sang "Touch the Sky", it brought her spiritual side. Great job Janella, you just opened the doors to more projects with Elmo. Thank you.

Until today and probably until their next project I'll be smiling. Janella did not look nervous at all, she looked more like enjoyed the concert. All the songs chosen was perfect for the night. My most favorites are her singing with Ms. Jenine because that song holds a special place in my heart after loosing my mom last month. Second her duet with Elmo singing "Be Careful with my Heart" because it showed their fans how much she cherishes her relationship with Elmo. Third her dedica
