Ross Butler may be leaving the world of Archie Comics but he still has one last things to say to his Riverdale family: His thank yous.
Riverdale producer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa previously broke the news of the actor's departure as Reggie Mantle from the series due to filming conflicts. But the heartthrob will be going away with a smile as the show replaces him with another Asian-American, Charles Melton (you may recognize him from American Horror Story: Hotel and Glee).
Ross has been vocal about his fight to shatter Asian stereotypes in Hollywood and given his breakout success, we think he might have bridged the gap. Watch him send his gratitude in a video tweet below:
The rising actor also shared his final but deleted scene strutting down the hallway of Riverdale High. Aww, much love for you Reggie.
But fans won't miss him for long since 13 Reasons Why has picked up a second season which means more Zach Dempsey for all of us.
