Nicki Minaj has been doing quite an impressive set of charitable works in the past weeks. After agreeing to pay the tuition fees of some college students, she, later on, announced that she plans to put up an official charity for student loans.
Now, the Young Money rapper took to Instagram to reveal that she's been funding an Indian Village for the past couple of years, helping them gain access to technology, education, livelihood, and clean and safe water to drink.
"This is the kind of thing that makes me feel the most proud. The money I've sent to this village in India for the last couple years [via my Pastor Lydia Sloley], has gotten them a Computer Center, a Tailoring Institute, a Reading Program and 2 WATER WELLS," she wrote.
The "Anaconda" singer also shared that there's a lot to be thankful for around us. Plus, she said she'll be offering more of her charity work soon.
"We complain about the most ridiculous little things when some ppl don't even have clean water. Blessings to India. Our work is far from done. I'll tell you guys more about my charity work in the near future in case you'd like to be a part of it. Love."
We couldn't be more happy for those she reached out for help in India! Way to go, Nicki!
