While Sandara Park is born South Korean, she undeniably has a Filipino heart!
The former 2NE1 member - who stands as the Friendship Ambassador of Korea-Philippines - was seen in attendance during the celebration of the country's 119th Independence Day along Han River in Seoul, South Korea. She also gave a heartwarming speech to hundreds of Filipinos on how the Philippines held a special place in her heart.
"I'm Sandara Park. First of all, I would like to express my appreciation to the people from the Philippines and also to the people from the Embassy for having me at this honorable event, and for choosing me as a Friendship Ambassador of the Philippines. Sa Han River grabe ang saya," she said.
And I love the local dishes like sisig, pinakbet, gusto niyo ba 'yun? And sinigang. Sinigang na hipon is my favorite," she continued.
Earlier this year, Sandara Park also manifested her love for the country after she defended the Philippines from South Korean on a show called Battle Trip.
