Fans of the 'Harry Potter' book series were shook when author J.K. Rowling revealed that the Harry Potter they know isn't the original one.
Mental you might think, but you know J.K. must tell no lies, right?
The author made solid explanation on Pottermore (her digital entertainment and news company) that there was more than one Harry in the Wizarding World saying, he has an ancestor named Henry Potter but went by 'Harry'.
That original Harry "caused a minor stir when he publicly condemned then Minister for Magic, Arhcer Evermonde, who has forbidden the magical community to help Muggles waging the First World War".
J.K. also shared how the famous character inherited the Invisibility Cloak. "Hardwin [Potter], married a beautiful young witch by the name of Iolanthe Peverell," she wrote. "In the absence of male heirs, she, the eldest of her generation, had inherited her grandfather's invisibility cloak... From this time on, the cloak was handed down to the eldest in each new generation."
