The Hanson brothers were on top of the music world back in the 90s when they released the single "Mmmbop" from their debut major label album, Middle of Nowhere. Zac, Taylor and Isaac were but kids when they topped the charts in 27 different countries and earned several Grammy nominations. Since then the group has remained in the music scene, albeit not as big but is still touring and making music together.
It was reported recently by news.com.au that during a radio interview in Australia, the brothers epressed their disdain for the music of pop superstar Justin Bieber. The siblings even went as far as comparing the music of the singer to a sexually transmitted disease.
While playing a game called Whose Song Is It Anyway?, they were asked to guess who the artist was after the song "Despacito" came on. Already in their 30s, the boys admitted that they are not familiar with the tunes of today.
Upon hearing that the song was a collaboration of Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee and Justin Bieber, the trio couldn't help but express their thoughts about JB's songs.
"I prefer not to get any venereal diseases so whenever Justin Bieber gets near me or near my ears, it's just ear infections. It's terrible," one of them explained. And since the group had earlier talked about how Koalas have Chlamydia, the boys couldn't help but compare JB's music to the Australian native. "It's like hanging out with a Koala," one of them exclaimed. "Chlamydia of the ear, it sucks!"
