J.K. Rowling took to Twitter to thank the millions of Potterheads who supported her since Harry Potter came into our worlds!
It's been two decades since the Sorcerer's Stone brought Potterheads into the wizarding world that J.K. Rowling created, but it seems like it was only yesterday when millions of readers first fell in love with one of the most successful book franchises in the world today.
And now, Rowling herself marked the 20th anniversary of Harry Potter's conception by sharing a brief but sweet message on Twitter. Honestly, we couldn't imagine a world without Harry Potter in it so thank you, J.K. Rowling!
"20 years ago today a world that I had lived in alone was suddenly open to others. It's been wonderful. Thank you," she wrote.
