While the death of Linkin Park lead singer Chester Bennington has shocked the world of music and entertainment today, his 11-year old son Tyler had once penned a heard-rending note to the "Heavy" singer to telling him to love life.
Just last June 3, Chester’s wife, Talinda Bennington posted a photo of a mug with a sticky note written by their son with a caption, “Our Tyler is the best!" Their son Tyler made a reference to Linkin Park’s song “Castle of Glass” from their Living Things album saying, "Love life because it's a 'Casltel of Glass,' the little one wrote on the note.
He is one of the Linkin Park vocalist’s six children.
Chester’s date of death would have been the 53rd birthday of one of his friends from the music scene, former Audioslave and Soundgarden singer Chris Cornell who passed away last May. The two once teamed up during their tour run in 2007 and 2008.
