Maroon 5 now has a British no.1 song courtesy of their pop ditty "Payphone". This comes after the equally infectious "Moves Like Jagger" became the UK's 2nd best-selling single of 2011.
Cheryl Cole's "Call My Name" is no.2 and Flo Rida's "Whistle" comes in 3rd. In the British album charts, Justin Bieber's "Believe" sky rockets to no.1, outselling Cole's "A Million Lights" by 3,000 units.
"Payphone" is Maroon 5's 1st single off their 4th album called "Overexposed" scheduled for release next week. The band is set to visit Manila once again on September 18.
