Reporters From Channel 2 Are Music Lovers Too!

As if taking the cue from PSY's "Gangnam Style", Channel 2's News and Current Affairs department takes a break from all the news gathering and delivery and has now taken the Internet spotlight. A video of ABS-CBN News reporters and anchors singing, and even dancing to the tune of the Backstreet Boys' "I Want It That Way", is now getting attention online.

The video parody was shot and edited by Jeff Canoy and produced by Chiara Zambrano and Jenny Reyes; all reporters of the Kapamilya network. It shows several News personalities including TV Patrol's Ted Failon, Korina Sanchez and Noli de Castro, playfully imitating "boy band moves" while doing a lip-synch of the Backstreet song which was popular in the late 90s.

"Because sometimes, journalists like to have fun, too. Here's a slice of the newsroom... after the cameras stop rolling," says the video's caption. It has now garnered almost 100,000 views after being uploaded on YouTube less than 24 hours ago. Haven't seen it yet? Check out the video below.
