Pinoy band Silent Sanctuary is out with a brand new single and music video! The pop-rock quintet recently launched the song "Paalam" at the 70s Bistro in Quezon City. Their loyal fans were treated to a "toned-down" performance of their past hits as well as their upcoming new songs. They also premiered the music video for "Paalam".
"Love song uli siya. Tinake for granted niya yung pagmamahal nung babae... so nagsisisi 'yung lalaki," narrates vocalist Sarkie Sarangay when asked what the song is about. "Kaninong istorya yun? Siya rin 'yung sa 'Hiling'", added Sarangay referring to one of their early songs.
The night was also highlighted by a jam with their fans and an impromptu rap battle. Sarkie paired up with good friend Jeff Bolivar of the band Soapdish and tried to duke it out with rapper Dello. Although Dello clearly had the edge over his challengers, he wished Silent Sanctuary well. "Congrats sa Silent Sanctuary. (Sana) mas marami pang mangyaring maganda,
" Dello said. Click here
