After a year of absence on stage, Adele is finally coming back to performing.
The "Someone Like You" singer is said to be performing her Oscar-nominated Bond theme "Skyfall" at the 85th Academy Awards, according to the show's producers.
"Skyfall" was written by Adele and Paul Epsworth. It is the first Bond theme since "For Your Eyes Only" in 1981, to be nominated for the Original Song award.
It will be the 24-year old Adele's first live performance since giving birth and also the first time to perform "Skyfall" live.
"It's an honor to be nominated and terrifyingly wonderful to be singing in front of people who have captured my imagination over and over again. It's something I've never experienced and probably only ever will once!" Adele said.
"Skyfall" already won a Golden Globe earlier this month for Best Original Song.
Adele's album, "21," was named the top-selling album in the U.S. for the second straight year.
