Korea is definitely the best place for Psy to perform his worldwide hit, in front of his fellow Koreans and their President.
The 35-year-old singer made sure that no other commitments would conflict his schedule for the Inauguration ceremonies. Although Psy didn't allow any politician to use "Gangnam Style" for their campaign, he didn't have second thoughts on whether he'll attend the ceremonies or not.
"Last year, 'Gangnam Style' allowed me to experience something of a miracle. As a Korean citizen, I sincerely wish that, with the beginning of a new administration, everyone can have their own miracle and luck. I know this is a formal event but if you could please stand up and join me for the horse dance, it would be great," he said.
And then it became a Gangnam party with over 89,000 Koreans standing up and joining the world-famous Korean singer for his viral dance.
Last February 16, Psy "Gangnam-ed" Manila during his one-night-only performance at the SM Mall of Asia arena. Were you there?
