"Hindi Mahirap Dahil Puso Ang Pinapaandar." - ISABELLE DE LEON From Being A Former Child Actress To A Recording Star!

From facing the camera to recording at the studio. Former award-winning child actress Isabelle De Leon launches her debut album "LoveZone" under PolyEast Records.

Isabelle appeared in films such as "Bahay Kubo," "Bahay ni Lola," and the internationally-acclaimed film "Magnifico," which gave her five awards for Best Child Actress. She also appeared in ABS-CBN's former TV series "Nasaan Ka Elisa?"

She took a break from TV shows and films and decided to pursue her studies. Isabelle is currently a 2nd year college student at the Trinity University of Asia, taking up Mass Communication, Major in Journalism.

Now, the 18-year old Isabelle De Leon is pursuing her passion for music with her debut album "LoveZone."

"Hindi naman naging mahirap yung transition from actress to musician kasi parehas naman na puso yung pinapaandar," she told MYXPH.COM during our exclusive interview.

"LoveZone" contains six original songs, all written and composed by Isabelle herself. According to her, she was only 3 years old when her dad taught her how to sing and she was 16 when she first wrote a song and from there, it came a long way as she was able to write a total of 25 songs.

Aside from singing and writing songs, she also knows how to play the guitar, bass, drums, piano and harmonica.

"Pag pinakinggan ng tao yung album ko, gusto ko na ma-inspire sila, ma-entertain, maka-relate sa bawat kanta at syempre maging source of inspiration and joy."

Isabelle cited The Beatles as her biggest musical influence. "Favorite ko yung 'Hey Jude' tsaka 'Imagine'," she shares.

She brings together two things that are essential in an artist: the ability to relate to people's daily lives and the power to express emotions in new and powerful ways.

"I want to sing songs I have a real connection to. Songs that have moved me or those who'll be listening to music, be it love or love lost," Isabelle said.

"LoveZone" under PolyEast Records is now available at all leading record bars nationwaide.
