In 2005, Jed Madela accomplished probably the greatest achievement of his career. He bested 3,000 contestants from 52 countries and won the grand prize at the World Championship of the Performing Arts in Hollywood.
Because of that phenomenal milestone eight years ago, Jed earns a spot this year in the Performing Arts Hall of Fame in Hollywood. On July 19, the OPM balladeer will be the first-ever Pinoy to earn this distinct honor.
In celebration of his 10th year in the music industry, the world singing champ is also out with his latest album entitled "All Original".
"Sobrang pinagpaguran namin ang pagbuo sa album na ito kaya nung marinig ko na 'yung final tracks, gusto kona rin po siyang agad iparinig sa lahat ng taong naniniwala sa music ko," said Madela about his first release under new record label Star Records.

True to it's title, his latest album contains 10 original songs. The first single is called "Ikaw Na" written by Soc Villanueva. Watch out for the music video to be premiered on MYX!
Jed's own composition "Tanging Ikaw" also made it to the track listing. Other well-known songwriters featured in the album are Trina Belamide, Jimmy Antiporda, Jonathan Manalo and Jungee Marcelo (who is the guy behind Daniel Padilla's "Nasa Iyo Na Ang Lahat").
"Kakaiba lahat ng kanta sa album. Actually, sa ganda ng music, bawat isa sa kanila potential single. Of course, nasa album pa rin ang signature 'high note ballads', pero may mga tracks talagang mapapaisip ang listeners kung ako ba talaga 'yung kumakanta."
