Singer-songwriter and record-producer Bruno Mars is on the cover of Rolling Stone for the very first time.
The American artist, who is half-Puerto Rican and half-Filipino in descent, is on the May 2013 issue out now in newsstands.
He posed with a cigarette in his mouth, wearing a tiger-printed top and gold jewelry on the cover photo.
Inside the magazine, the main article talks about his beginnings as a musician and what he felt when his family's band broke up.
"I wouldn't trade it for anything because I feel like I can enjoy this so much," he said.
Bruno also opens up regarding his current single "When I Was Your Man", a song he wrote for his girlfriend at a time when they weren't in good terms.
"You're bringing up all these old emotions again. It's just like bleeding!" said the Grammy-award winning musician.
