In an open letter to his fans posted on his Facebook page, the artist, whose real name is Rez Toledo, announced that as soon as his own recording studio is finished, he'll start working on his second album and probably his final one... at least as his synthpop playing alter ego.
"As with all projects, this too will have an end. It's possible this will be the last Somedaydream record," said Toledo.
He revealed that the past few months have led him to realize his calling to aid up and coming acts in creating music.
"I am a producer at heart. It's a big chunk of who I am. I'm producing other talented acts right now and helping other artists with their craft and their dreams. Our mission is to create and share music that can make the next-generation Filipino proud. More news about us soon."
He also calls on the public to help out Pinoy musicians and the whole OPM scene.
"I urge every Filipino music lover to wake up! We have big problems in our local music industry! We can make a difference in our local music community as long as we help each other. The next gen Filipino deserves better music. If you're craving for change in local music, I'm happy to share that my colleagues and I are working on it too."
