It was a sea of spikes, leather, corsets and studs at Solenn Heussaff's photoshoot for her second album!
For Solenn, it was a jamp-packed day of posing naughty and nice for the camera. All the preparation done for the album cover and photos of "SOS," her follow up album to her previous album titled "Solenn."
"I wanted it to be totally different from my first album 'cause my first album cover was more like pastel colors and like pasweet... sweet little girl," Solenn said when asked about the concept of "SOS".
From her "Solenn" to "SOS," which is her actual nickname, she wants this album to be a more intimate one where listeners and fans can get to know her a lot more. The album has 7 original songs and 4 remakes, as it carries a variety of sound. It offers a more techno, reggaeton and fun feel. "It's like the sides...the different sides of Solenn," she explains.
"SOS is saint or sinner. Showing both contradicitons I have," she remarks when asked about the vibe of the entire album.Supporting its theme, the shoot tackled very strong images of a mix of sinner and saint through the imagery of black, red, and white colors, and contrast.
