WESTLIFE's SHANE FILAN To Collaborate with Female Filipino Artist?

Fans stood hours waiting at the airport, and headed over to SM Megamall's Event Center just to get a glance of this ex-Westlife member, Shane Filan.

Most know him as the front man of his former boy band, Westlife. Irish singer, Shane Filan is in the Philippines for his promotional tour. This is his first stop but not his first time in the country.

Way back, Shane flew to Manila with the entire Westlife band in tow. This September, he conquers Manila alone and gives his fans a treat through his series of shows. Today, he made his first public appearance for the members of the press. Fans surrounded the event, eager and excited to see him once again.

Shane himself shared in front of everybody that he is very delighted about his reception. He said that the Philippines always had the most energetic bunch of fans, which is why he is very glad to be here again.

Aside from his concert at the SM City North Edsa Sky Dome on September 28, 2013 and The Podium on November 29, 2013, Shane looks forward to knowing the Philippines more. He had mentioned Filipino word or two and had shared his thoughts about a possible collaboration with a Filipino female artist. Who it may be? He is still yet to find out!

    So sad our photo was not uploaded but still we're glad we finally saw Shane in personal. Yes, he should collaborate with a Filipina Artist. :)

    Did you know Westlife's first two albums are still the best selling international albums of all time in the philippines? It's been 15 years and no one has beat them
